BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a 15-amino acid peptide derived from a protective protein naturally found in human gastric juice. It is one of the most researched healing and recovery peptides, with a remarkable ability to accelerate tissue repair throughout the body — tendons, ligaments, muscles, nerves, and gut lining. Those who experience joint discomfort, gut permeability issues, or slow recovery from physical activity find BPC-157 transformative. It works by stimulating the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis), activating growth hormone receptors locally, and upregulating genes involved in tissue healing. Additionally, BPC-157 supports gut-brain axis health, which has profound implications for mood, appetite regulation, and overall hormonal balance.

Preparation Guide
Proper reconstitution ensures your peptide remains stable, potent, and safe to use. Follow these steps carefully each time you prepare a new vial.
BAC Water to Add
2 mL
Resulting Concentration
2.5 mg/mL
Typical Dose Volume
0.1 – 0.2 mL per dose (250–500 mcg)
Shelf Life After Reconstitution
30 days
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water. Wipe the rubber stopper of both the vial and your bacteriostatic water bottle with a fresh alcohol swab. Allow to air-dry for 30 seconds.
Using a clean insulin syringe, draw the recommended volume of bacteriostatic water. Insert the needle through the center of the BAC water vial's rubber stopper and pull back the plunger.
Insert the needle through the rubber stopper of the peptide vial at a 45° angle. Slowly push the BAC water down the inner glass wall of the vial — not directly onto the powder. This prevents frothing and denaturation.
Gently roll and swirl the vial between your fingers until the powder is fully dissolved. Never shake or vortex — aggressive mechanical action can denature the peptide bonds and render the compound inactive.
The reconstituted solution should be clear (or vivid blue for GHK-Cu). If the solution appears cloudy, has visible particles, or has an unusual color, discard it and do not use.
Write today's date on the vial. Store immediately in the refrigerator at 2–8°C. Never leave reconstituted peptides at room temperature for extended periods.
Shelf Life After Reconstitution
30 days
After adding bacteriostatic water, use within 30 days. Always write the reconstitution date on the vial. Discard any unused solution after this period.
Sealed Vial Storage
Up to 24 months (sealed, room temp)
Room temperature (15–25°C), away from moisture
After Reconstitution
Refrigerate at 2–8°C
Refrigerate at 2–8°C. Do not freeze. Keep capped.
Product Notes
For oral use (gut protocols), dissolve in a small amount of sterile water and consume directly. Do not mix with hot liquids. Swirl gently to reconstitute.
Never shake the vial. Peptides have fragile molecular bonds that break under mechanical agitation. Shaking causes denaturation and can make the compound inactive. Always swirl gently.
